Respondent tenders draft of Bank Guarantee of Bank of Baroda, Corporate Financial Services Branch, 4th Flloor, Bank of Baroda Building 10/12, Mumbai Samachar Marg, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001 in prescribed format for its approval.

Upon perusal, draft of Bank Guarantee is approved. The Applicant / Org. Respondent to engross approved draft of Bank Guarantee and submit copy of engrossed Bank Guarantee with the office as per aforesaid Orders of the Hon'ble Court. The Applicant / Org. Respondent to serve copy of engrossed Bank Guarantee upon other side. Office to take follow up action.
