Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that all disputes and differences between them stand settled in terms of the Consent Terms. A copy of the Consent Terms is tendered across the bar today, same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. 2.

Learned Counsel for the parties submit that there is nothing in the Consent Terms which is contrary in law. Consequently, undertakings contained in the Consent Terms are treated as undertakings given to the Court.

The Application stands finally disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
