2/2 24 - 26.doc It is informed that the individuals who are concerned with the Development Project have also filed independent petitions. Learned counsel is under instructions to make a statement that the dispute arising between the members of the Society and the developer is already before the Arbitrator and upon the petition being filed by the Housing Society, the claim is already raised before the Arbitrator. He would submit that a number of petitions are filed by individuals and if they are tagged together, a common order can be passed. It is his specific objection that once the Society has invoked arbitration, and the arbitration proceedings are ongoing, the individuals cannot make independent grievance and must submit themselves to the arbitration proceedings.

List the present proceedings on 28/11/2025, along with the connected matters, numbers of which are furnished by the learned counsel for the respondent.
