Ms. Nair, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicants tenders a draft amendment, by which, one Mr. Jainum Jayesh Savla is sought to be added as a Respondent to the Arbitration Application. It is submitted that the parties have entered into a settlement of their disputes to which Mr. Jainum Jayesh Savla is also a party and it is thus that to effect this settlement and disposal of the Arbitration Application, the present amendment is being sought for. 2.
