The Consent Terms record an agreement between the parties, by which they have amicably resolved heir disputes and differences amongst themselves.

It is thus that the Arbitration Application does not survive it is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.

The undertakings, if any, in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.
