ARIF S. DOCTOR, J.

DATE :

24TH OCTOBER 2024 P.C. :

1.

When the matter was called out, it was noticed that the Respondent, who was arrayed was one Mahabir Fine Arts Private Limited, whereas the notice invoking arbitration was not issued on the name of said Mahabir Fine Arts Private Limited, but was in the name of one Private Limited Company and four individuals. Hence, I do not see how arbitration can be said to have been invoked validly.

Stand over 5 th December 2024 to enable Learned Counsel for the Applicant to take instructions in the matter. (ARIF S. DOCTOR, J.) Mugdha
