Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant today tendered draft amendments by which one Surbhi Construction is sought to be added as a party Respondent. The draft amendment is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification with today's date. This amendment is purely formal in nature and there is no opposition to the same. The Petitioner is therefore directed to carry out amendments within a period of one week from today.

The parties have today tendered consent terms by which all the disputes and differences between the parties have been resolved. As per the usual practice, the consent terms have been duly verified by the Associate of this Court. The report of the Associate is annexed to the consent terms which inter alia states that the consent terms are duly signed by the parties out of their free will and without any undue influence and coercion and that the consent terms are duly executed by the signatories. The consent terms are therefore taken on record and marked 'X1' for identification with today's date. 3.

The undertaking given in the consent terms are accepted as undertaking given to the Court.

The Petition is therefore disposed of in terms of the consent terms. 5.

A soft copy of the Consent Terms will be uploaded as the second order in the matter. The Registry is to ensure that the hard copy of the signed Consent Terms is permanently retained on file as part of the record and is not sent for destruction in the ordinary course.
