By way of a praecipe, a request was made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated February 20, 2025 to correct the name of the arbitrator, considering that the venue for arbitration is Pune. The matter was reviewed in Chambers and this order is passed. 2.

Paragraph No.4A and 4B of the order dated February 20, 2025 needs to be replaced with the following:- 4A. The disputes and differences between the parties are referred to the Indian Law Society's Centre for Arbitration and Mediation, Pune (https://ilsca.co.in), in terms of its Institutional Arbitration Rules, to appoint an appropriate arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties arising out of and in connection with the Agreement referred to above; 4B. A copy of this Order will be communicated to the Indian Law Society's Centre for Arbitration and by AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR Date:

The Applicant shall provide the contact and communication particulars of the parties to the Centre along with a copy of this Order;

The rest of the aforesaid order remains unaltered. The original order shall be corrected and made available to the parties. The praecipe stands disposed of accordingly.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
