By way of a praecipe, a joint request was made by both the parties for speaking to the minutes of the order dated February 18, 2025 to change the name of the arbitrator, considering the scale of dispute. The matter was reviewed in Chambers and this order is passed. 2.

Paragraph No. 8A and 8B of the order dated February 18, 2025 needs to be replaced with the following:- 8A] Mr. V.K. Deshpande, Retired District Judge, is hereby appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties arising out of and in connection with the Agreement referred to above; Address : Sairang Apartment, Flat No. 603, Near Paranjape Nursery School, Kothrud, Pune - 411 038.
