By an order dated July 3, 2025 withdrawal of the arbitration application was taken note of, and an affidavit had been called for to clarify the stance of the Respondent on existence of the arbitration agreement. An affidavit responsive to that order has been filed. Consequently, nothing survives in this matter and this Application is finally disposed of.
