This is an Application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 that had been filed on June 15, 2024. Since it is coming up for the first time, although the Applicant has issued notice to the Respondent, he is requested to issue notice once again drawing the attention of the Respondent that the matter would be taken up on January 29, 2025. The Applicant is also permitted to effect notice by all permissible modes and file a service affidavit containing tangible evidence of service to enable the Court see what the Respondent has to say in the matter.
