It is seen from the record that by an Order dated December 14, 2024, a Learned Single Judge of this Court had appointed an Arbitrator ex parte and had also called upon the Applicant to approach the Learned Sole Arbitrator to complete the formalities following the appointment of Arbitrator.

However, since none had appeared for the Respondent, the said Order had been made provisional, recording that the Respondent was given one last chance to appear on the next date and if Respondent failed to appear, then the matter would proceed ex parte. by AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR Date:

Today, when the matter is called out, once again none appears for the Respondent. Consequently, this Application is finally disposed of in terms of the Order dated December 14, 2024 confirming the appointment of the arbitral tribunal. The Applicant shall approach the Learned Sole Arbitrator who was so appointed for further directions in the matter.

The Application is finally disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5.
