By an order dated December 14, 2024, a Learned Single Judge of this Court had been pleased to appoint an arbitrator. The only reason the order was kept provisional was to enable the Respondent to present its say. Today, when the matter is called out, yet again, none appears for the Respondents. In these circumstances no useful purpose would be served by keeping the aforesaid appointment provisional. 2.

The Application is finally disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order passed by the Learned Single Judge and the Arbitral Tribunal is requested to proceed further expeditiously.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
