Mr. Rao, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent no.1 submits that this Section 11 Application is not maintainable. After the execution of the Development Agreement dated 12th April 2007, the parties have executed an Indenture of Sale of Reversionary Right dated 10th July 2007. He submits that a Civil Suit in regard to the same dispute is also filed and is pending between the parties. He seeks four weeks time to file an affidavit-in-reply to bring on record these documents which are not attached to the Section 11 Application. At his request, list the matter on 12th January 2026. 2.

In the meantime, Respondent no.1 shall file and serve its affidavit-in-reply on the Applicants.
