In both these matters, yet again time is being sought by Mr.Jain, learned Counsel appearing for the Judgment Creditors to effect service upon the Judgment Debtor.

A perusal of the record indicates that since 2nd July 2024 and ARTI VILAS KHATATE again on 20th August 2024 and on 18th February 2025, time has been avk 1/2
36-INPT-5-2024-37-INPT-6-2024.doc sought only to effect service on the Judgment Debtor. This cannot go on and therefore I propose to impose costs for the adjournment sought today.

Accordingly, only and only as and by way of last chance to effect service on the Judgment Debtor, subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- together in both the matters to be paid to the High Court Employees Medical Welfare Fund at Mumbai, within a period of two weeks, list on 17th June 2025.
