The petitioner-creditor has filed an affidavit dated 15 September 2025 and in paragraph 6 has sought permission of the Court to serve debtors by substituted mode i.e. by sending Registered Post Acknowledgment and by pasting at the same Andheri address and also to affix the same upon the notice board of the Insolvency Department. 2.

Mr. Jain also states that he will try to serve the debtor through WhatsApp and/or E-mail .

I have perused paragraph 6 and the request made by Mr. Jain and before any orders are passed in the interest of justice it is better that one more attempt is made by the petitioning creditor to serve in the mode specified above.
