This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvent touching his estate and affairs. Today, Mr. Tejas Kirit Shah, Brother of Petitioning Creditor is present.

Today, Insolvent is present and he inform that his Advocate Mr. Nagar is busy in the Hon'ble High Court, therefore, he is not able to assist him in Private Examination. Insolvent further requested that his private examination be done in the presence of his Advocate, on this ground Insolvent requested for adjournment. Request of Adjournment of Insolvent is accepted on clear understanding that on the next occasion his Advocate will remain present without fail.
