But, Mr. Tejas Kirit Shah, Brother of Petitioning Creditor is present. He informs that, Advocate for the Petitioning Creditor is busy before the Hon'ble Insolvency High Court.

Perused letter dated 19th April, 2025 of New Apollo Estate Premises Co-Op Soc Ltd thereby provided copy of "Sale Deed" dated 5th May, 2021, therein mentioned address of the Insolvent viz. Flat No.162/AWing, 16th Floor, Brookh Heaven, JVLR, Jogeshwari (E), Mumbai-400 060 and Pan Card No. is AFXPS7952M & Aadhar Card No. is 7636 4753 7347 of the Insolvent.

In the absence of the Insolvent, it is not possible to proceed with today's meeting, hence today's meeting stands adjourned to 20th June, 2025 at 11.00 a.m.

Registry is directed to issue fresh memo to the Insolvent and fix a fresh appointment for making an inventory and taking formal possession of the residential as well as business premise of the Insolvent on 20th June, 2025 at 1.00 p.m.
