This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvent touching his estate and affairs. Today, Mr. Tejas Kirit Shah, Brother of Petitioning Creditor is present.

Perused Office report dated 21st June, 2025 which was in compliance of directions given in the meeting dated 30th April, 2025. Inspite of this, Insolvent chosen not to attend today's meeting. Earlier, also he was absent on 30th April, 2025 and on 20th June, 2025. Per 1 st Asstt. O.A.:

In the absence of the Insolvent, it is not possible to proceed with today's meeting, hence today's meeting stands adjourned to 18th August, 2025 at 11.30 a.m.
