This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvent touching his estate and affairs. Today, Mr. Tejas Kirit Shah, Brother of Petitioning Creditor is present.

Q. 1 What is your full name? Are you known by any other name or alias?

I say that my full name is Ravindra Kumar Dayashankar Singh. I am not known by any other name or alias.

Q. 2 How old are you? What is your Date of Birth and Place of Birth? I am 55 years old. My date of birth is 20th December, 1968. I was born at Mumbai.

Q. 3 Presently where do you reside? Whether it is rental or Ownership or Pagadi system and standing in whose name?

I am residing at Room No. 3, D. S. Singh Chawl, Durga Nagar, JVLR, Jogeshwari (E), Mumbai- 400 060.

The room is on Pagadi System and stands in my as well as in my brother's name Devendra Kumar Singh.

Yes. I am having AADHAR Card bearing No. 7636 4753 7347 (Insolvent tenders zerox copy of the AADHAR Card is taken on record.)

The name of my father is Dayashankar Singh and name of mother is Jigya Dayashankar Singh. They are not alive. Q. 7 Do you have Passport?

No. I am not having Passport.

(Registry is directed to write usual letter to the Passport Authority.) Q. 8 Do you know that you have been adjudged as an Insolvent? No, I was not aware that I have been adjudged as an Insolvent. Q. 9 Is this your first insolvency?

Yes, this is my first insolvency.

Q. 10 Are you married? How many members are residing with you? Yes, I am married. My wife's name is Smt. Neeta Ravindra Singh. I am residing alone at abovementioned address. My daughter is residing with my wife.

Q. 11 What is your native place?

My native place is Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar. Since, birth I am not going there.

Q. 12 Is there any ancestral property?

I dont have any ancestral property.

My mobile number is 8779716967.

Q. 14 Do you have landline number?

No, I don't have landline number.

Q. 15 How far have you studied?

I have studied upto B.com from Maharashtra College, Bombay Central, Mumbai Q. 16 What do you do for living?

I don't have any business and I am not doing any service, but I am an Electrician and doing petty job work.

Q. 17 Are you filing Income Tax Returns?

I don't have that much income to pay Income Tax, therefore I have not filed any Income Tax Returns.

Q. 18 Are you insured?

No, I don't have any LIC policy and I don't have any mediclaim policy.

Q. 19 Do you have any bank account?

Yes, I have bank account in Shamrao Vitthal Co-Operative Bank, Andheri (E.), Mumbai. I will provide account number in the next date of the meeting.

No, I dont have driving license either two wheeler or four wheeler.

Q. 21 Do you have credit card?

No, I dont have credit card.

Q. 22 Do you know Mr. Shreepal K. Shah?

Yes, I know Mr. Shreepal K. Shah, I visited his Shop no.3/4, Manahar Building, Lohar Chawl, Mumbai-2 on directions of the person, who has given me a job work.

Q. 23 Do you aware the claim of the Petitioning Creditor? I am not aware about the claim of the Petitioning Creditor. On the contrary, it is false and baseless claim. I am taking advice of my Advocate to deal with this matter.

Today, my Advocate is busy before Hon'ble High Court therefore, he couldn't attend today's meeting. I will ensure next date, he will remain present to assist in the meeting and requested for the adjournment.

Accordingly, a copy of the aforesaid statement was furnished to the Insolvent for the purpose of reading and understanding the contents before obtaining his signature. Thereafter, Insolvent contacted his Advocate over phone for consultation. Subsequent to such consultation, the Insolvent conveyed that he would not be signing the statement on the present date and that he intends to sign the same on the next scheduled date of hearing, in the presence and with the guidance of his Advocate. Per 1 st Asst. to O.A.:

In view of the above, today's meeting stands adjourned to 16th October, 2025 at 11.30 p.m.
