This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvents touching their estate and affairs. 2.
Advocate for the Insolvents submits that, as negotiation taken place between the Petitioning Creditor and Insolvents, Insolvents have already made payment of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) on 20th November, 2025. Thereafter, on 16th April, 2026, they have paid Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Only) to the Petitioning Creditor and today, they are handing over a cheque of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Only) to the Petitioning Creditor.

The Constituted Attorney of the Petitioning Creditor confirms that the said amount of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs Only) made on 20th November, 2025 and Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Only) made on 16th April, 2026 is received by the Petitioning Creditor. 4.
Advocate for Insolvents has handed over cheque of Rs.4,00,000/-(Rupees Four Lakhs Only) bearing No.000191 drawn on Bassein Catholic Bank, Bandra Branch dated 2nd May, 2026 to the Constituted Attorney of the Petitioning Creditor before me. The Petitioning Creditor has accepted the said cheque.

Advocate for the Insolvents submits that, the well-wisher of the Insolvents is in some difficulty and therefore, it is not possible to clear the dues of the settled amount by 31st March, 2026 as recorded in the earlier minutes of Meeting of Private Examination dated 7th October, 2025. The Constituted Attorney of Petitioning Creditor submits that, he has no objection, however, as it going to be more than two months to clear the dues some interest may be provided. The agreed amount was Rs.20,90,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs Ninety Thousand Only) from out of that total amount received is Rs.13,00,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Lakhs Only). As Constituted Attorney of Petitioning Creditor has raised objection and Insolvent is unable to make payment in time as agreed, Insolvent is directed settlement amount will be Rs.21,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty One Lakhs

Only), Insolvent No.1 agreed to the same and confirm to make payment of the said amount to the Petitioning Creditor.
