A perusal of the record indicates that on 20th August 2024, time has been sought to file Vakalatnama on behalf of the Judgment Debtors. A perusal of the cause-list also indicates that one Ms.Kruti avk 1/2
25-INPT-8-2024.doc Bhavsar has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the Respondents / Judgment Debtors, however, none appears for the Judgment debtors today.

Accordingly, list on 18th March 2025.

It is made clear that if none appears for the Judgment Debtors on the next date, this Court will proceed to hear the Petitioning creditor and pass appropriate orders.
