This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvents touching their estate and affairs. 2.
Registry has drawn my attention to the last minutes of meeting dated 11th September, 2025, there is a typo-error in Paragraph No. 5 of the minutes of the meeting in respect of adjourned date which is written as 22nd September, 2025 instead of 23rd September, 2025, therefore adjourned date to be read as 23rd September, 2025 in the minutes of the meeting dated 11th September, 2025.

Today, Insolvents are absent. Advocate for the Insolvent submits on instructions of Insolvents submits that, there is some medical issue and because of which they remained absent today and further requested for short adjournment.

Learned Advocate for the Insolvent submits that, Ms. Kruti Bhavsar has filed Vakalatnama in this matter for the Insolvent and he is appearing for the said Advocate.

On 11th September 2025, Registry was directed to make inventory of the premises. Accordingly, on 11th September 2025, representatives had visited the premises. However, inventory could not be carried out as the Insolvents were not present at the residential premises at Skyper Building. Further, it is mentioned in the report that the business premises situated at Silver Pearl, was taken by the Insolvent No.2 Niteen Parulekar for carrying out his business on rental business. He has left the said premises 3 years back. Registry has placed before me letter dated 9th September, 2025 received by the Office of the Official Assignee on 19th September, 2025 from Bandra Panchsheel Co-Operative Housing Society confirming that the Insolvent were lessees of the said premises and they have left in the year 2020 and presently, the said premise is handed over to Mrs. Vanita D. Katara and that Insolvent has no claim and liability on the said premises.

In view thereof, Registry is directed to make inventory of the residential premises on 29th September, 2025. Advocate for Insolvent is directed to intimate the Insolvent to remain present on the said date at 10.00 a.m. for the inventory purpose.
