This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvents touching their estate and affairs. 2.
Advocate for Insolvents as well as for the Petitioning Creditor are present today.

In this matter, inventory of the residential premise of the Insolvents is still going on. Insolvents and Petitioning Creditors are busy at the residential premises of the Insolvents for inventory purpose along with the representative of the Official Assignee.

It has been informed that inventory is still going on and therefore matter be kept at 3.00 p.m. However, Advocate for Insolvents having difficulty, matter is required to be adjourned to next week. 5.
Matter be placed on 7th October, 2025 at 12.30 p.m. 6.
Insolvents are directed to remain present on the next adjourned date.

Later on at 1:30 p.m., Insolvent No. 2 remained present and submits that he has not signed inventory report as property is not in his possession, it is mortgaged with bank. He made to understand that inventory is carried on in his presence, therefore he has to sign the inventory. Accordingly, he has signed the inventory with remark. 8.
Further, on instructions the Advocate for Insolvent submits that, Insolvent is interested in settling the matter. Both the advocates are requested to exchange their offers to arrive at certain settlement. Matter is now fixed on 7th October, 2025 if settlement is not possible, then private examination of Insolvent will start. Both the Insolvents are directed to remain present on said date.
