This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvents touching their estate and affairs. 2.

Representative of the Insolvent submits that, Insolvent is not well and he has advised rest upto 10th April, 2026 by the Doctor. He has submitted original medical certificate dated 30th March, 2026 which is taken on record.

Representative of the Insolvent further submits that, Insolvent has handed over 6 cheques in favour of the Insta Capital Pvt Ltd, Petitioning Creditor, each for a sum of Rs.1,20,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Thousand Only) dated 01.03.2026, 24.04.2026, 24.05.2026,

24.06.2026, 24.07.2026, 24.08.2026 for the installments in advance to the Petitioning Creditor.

Today, even Petitioning Creditor is having some difficulty. Representative of the Petitioning Creditor is present. After consulting with the Petitioning Creditor over phone, aforesaid 6 cheques are handed over to the representative of the Petitioning Creditor to acknowledge the receipt of the same.

In view of the above, place the matter on 29th June, 2026 at 12.30 p.m.
