This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvents touching their estate and affairs. 2.
Advocate for the Insolvent submits that mother of the Insolvent is unwell and therefore, Insolvent is unable to attend today's meeting. She further submits that, as recorded in minutes of order dated 19th September 2025, Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) for the month of October, November and December 2025 is already paid to the Petitioning Creditor. She require some time to submit the statement of Accounts.

Ms. Kabadi, representative of Petitioning Creditor confirms payment of receipt of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) for the month of October, November and December. For January month, Advocate for Insolvent submits that, Insolvent will make payment for January, February and March 2026.

Advocate for the Insolvent submits that, for the month of September, they have given a cheque of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) to the Petitioning Creditor with a request not to deposit the said account as amount for the month of September is already disbursed to the Petitioning Creditor. However, Petitioning Creditor has deposited the said cheque and the said cheque is bounced. Moreover, cheques as Security Deposit given to the Petitioning Creditor inspite of payment being made for the month of October, November and December, the said Security Deposit cheques are not returned to the Insolvent. Petitioning Creditor is directed to return the said cheques for which amount is already received by them.

Ms. Kabadi, representative of Petitioning Creditor undertakes to submit copy of authority letter with the Office of Official Assignee. 6.
In view of the above, place the matter on 4th March, 2026 at 11.30 a.m.
