Ms.Lalwani, learned Counsel, appears for the Petitioning creditor Digitally signed by ARTI VILAS KHATATE Date:

2024.08.21 21:02:38 +0530 and submits that the Judgment debtor no.3 is avoiding service although ARTI VILAS KHATATE the Judgment debtors no.1 and 2 have already been served on 16th July 2024, and therefore this Court, in view of the affidavit dated 1st August 2024, permit substituted service upon the said Judgment debtor, by publishing in the two newspapers, as requested for in paragraph 5 of the said affidavit.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered her submissions, this Court permits the Petitioning creditor to serve the Judgment debtor no.3 by substituted service, as requested for in paragraph 5 of the affidavit dated 1st August 2024 and file an appropriate affidavit of service after the said publication. 4.

List on 15th October 2024.
