This is the first meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvents touching their estate and affairs. 2.
Ms. Patole, Advocate for the Insolvents is directed to file Vakalatnama with the Office of the Insolvency Registrar and Letter of Authority with the Office of the Official Assignee. 3.
Ms. Patole, Advocate for the Insolvents submits that, Insolvents wants to settle the matter through their well-wisher. 4.
Ms. Lalwani, Advocate for the Petitioning Creditor submits that, the Insolvent should make payment of Rs.12,00,000/- for full and final settlement which is claim of the Petitioning Creditor.

Rahul Leekha, Insolvent No. 1 submits that he is ready to pay amount of Rs.12,00,000/- through his well-wisher and he will make arrangement within 1 and 1⁄2 month and requested not to proceed further with the private examination.

Advocate for the Petitioning Creditor submits that, there is one property where Insolvent is residing, the undertaking be taken with respect of the said property from the Insolvents not to dispose off or not to create any third party rights.

Advocate for the Insolvent undertakes that, she will submit the undertaking with this Office accordingly. She further submits that, the said property where Insolvent is residing is mortgaged with Bank, therefore, it cannot be disposed off or not it will be transferred. 8.
Insolvents are directed not to dispose off or not to transfer or not to create third party rights in the properties belonging to them individually or jointly.
