This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvents touching their estate and affairs. 2.
Advocate for the Insolvents states that he had already made full payment to the Petitioning Creditor settled between them. He submitted photo copy of Pay Order for a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- of HDFC Bank in favour of Rahul Rajkumar Bajaj through his well-wisher Aneeta Leekha. 3.
Constituted Attorney of Petitioning Creditor personally remained present and submits that, he has received Pay Order of sum of Rs.10,00,000/-. He has earlier also received Demand Draft of Rs.2,00,000/-

in all he has received Rs.12,00,000/- the settled amount from the Insolvents and the cheque bearing No. 000604 dated 12th May, 2025 of ICICI Bank, Mumbai Khar Linking Road of sum of Rs.10,00,000/- which was handed over by the Insolvent No. 1 to the Petitioning Creditor he will return the same to the Insolvent.

In view of the above no further examination is required. Advocate for the Insolvents is directed to file Notice of Motion for annulment under Section 21 (1) of the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act, 5.
Registry is directed to take appropriate steps if Order of Annulment is passed in the matter.
