This is the first meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvents touching their estate and affairs. 2.

In this matter, pursuant to the order dated 24th December, 2025 passed in Notice of Motion (L) No. 41714 of 2025 taken out for annulment of the order of adjudication dated 3rd October, 2025. The said motion is disposed off and indemnity bond was furnished for the future claims. 3.

Today, one Advocate Mr. Manoj Agre present before me and submits that, two more claims are there in this matter, one is of the Claimant Mr. Suraj Gupta of Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakhs Only) and interest thereon and another of Mr. Vinit Agarwal of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs Only).

Further, upon perusal of the said letter addressed to the Official Assignee, decree is not annexed to the application. Mr. Agre, Advocate for Proposed Claimant submits that, today, he has come to submit his application of claim. However, as the matter was there on the board,
