Ms. Lalwani, learned Counsel appears for the Petitioning Creditor and submits that despite the best efforts the Debtors could not be served as the Debtors are avoiding service. Ms. Lalwani, therefore, submits that this Court may permit substituted service as prayed for. 2.
Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered her submissions, the Petitioning Creditor is permitted to serve the Insolvency Petition upon the Debtors No. 1 and 2 by way of substituted service as contained in paragraph 5 of the said Petition and thereafter, file an appropriate affidavit in this regard by the next date. List on 4th March, 2025.
