This is the first meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvents touching their estate and affairs. 2.
Today, both the Insolvent's are absent. Advocate for the Insolvents is present. Advocate for the Insolvents submits that both the Insolvents have gone out of station. Advocate for the Insolvents was made aware that when a person becomes Insolvent he may not leave the premises without obtaining permission from the Hon'ble Court or the Official Assignee.

Upon perusal of the service report, it is found that memo of today's meeting was not served upon Insolvents address viz. (1) A-113, 1st Floor, Boomerang, Chandivali, Near Chandivali Studio, Andheri (E), Mumbai-400 072, with some postal remark and at (2) Flat No.901, 9th
: 2 :
Floor, Tower No. 8, L & T Emerald Park, Saki Vihar Road, Powai, Next to L & T Business Park, Mumbai-400 072 with postal remark "No Person". 4.
Advocate for the Insolvents is directed to provide proper details of both the Insolvents, so the service can be properly effected upon them.

Advocate for the Insolvents further informs upon instructions of the Insolvents that, Insolvents wants to settle the matter and for that purpose, matter may be kept on 22nd September, 2025 for settlement proposal.

On the very same day, Registry is directed to make an inventory at both the premises.

Advocate for the Insolvents are directed to comply with the Office requisitions and Insolvents to remain present on the next adjourned date of the meeting, failing which necessary report will be prepared against them.

In view of the above, today's meeting stands adjourned to nd September, 2025 at 12.30 p.m.
