Advocate for the Insolvent informs that, Insolvent has settled the matter with the Petitioning Creditor in a sum of Rs.18 lakhs and first instalment is already paid to Petitioning Creditor through NEFT. Petitioning Creditor confirms the receipt of the said amount of Rs. 2 lakhs and both Insolvent and Petitioning Creditor further informs that, it was decided between them that Rs.18 lakhs amount, they will pay equally in 9 months i.e. Rs.2 lakhs per month.
