This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvent touching his estate and affairs. 2.

Mr. A. M. Sarogi, Advocate for the Insolvent submits that, a sum of Rs.25 lakhs is paid to Mrs. Sarita Mahesh Saraf (Petitioning Creditor). Insolvent has settled with Mrs. Sarita Mahesh Saraf and remaining amount, he will pay by end of September.

Inventory is already carried out. Report submitted by Registry is taken on record. Advocate for the Insolvent submits that, as per last instructions given, today Insolvent is present. However, he has mild attack and Doctor has advised him to admit in the hospital. Advocate for Insolvent has submitted medical papers alongwith the ECG Report and prescription of the Kiran Care and Cure Hospital, which is taken on record.

Advocate for the Petitioning Creditor submits that, she has instructions that the Petitioning Creditor do not want to settle the matter and private examination of the Insolvent may be started. However, part payment has already shown to be made to the Petitioning Creditor and Advocate for the Insolvent is in process of making payment upto end of September 2025. In my view, some time is required to be given to the Advocate for Insolvent to make payment in full to the Petitioning Creditor. 5.

In view thereof, today's meeting stands adjourned to 1st October, 2025 at 12.30 p.m.
