This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvent touching his estate and affairs. 2.

Advocate for the Insolvent submits that, he wants to settle the matter and he has brought 3 pay-orders in the name of Official Assignee. Total payment made to the Petitioning Creditor through well wisher is Rs. 25 lakhs. The above 3 pay-orders are in all of Rs.1,10,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Ten Lakhs only).

Mr. Kedia, Advocate for the Petitioning Creditor submits that, in Rs.1,50,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Fifty Lakhs Only) matter can be settled, so Rs.15,00,000/- is still to be paid. 4.

All 3 pay-orders are returned to the Advocate for the Insolvent to bring the pay-orders through well-wisher in the name of the Petitioning Creditor on the next date and also to bring Pay Order of Rs.15,00,000/-

(Rupees Fifteen Lakhs Only) to arrive at amount of Rs.1,50,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Fifty Lakhs Only) 5.

By consent, matter is kept on 7th October, 2025 at 12.30 p.m. as and by way of final settlement through well-wisher of the Insolvent. After settlement arrive at, learned advocate for the Insolvent will take out Notice of Motion for annulment and comply with the conditions for annulment.
