Today, none present for Insolvent as well as for Petitioning Creditor.

Despite the directions passed by the Hon'ble Insolvency Court, the abovenamed Insolvent has not deposited 3% Official Assignee Commission before 5th March, 2026 or till date and also not given any kind of information in respect of withdrawal of all pending proceeding between the Petitioning Creditor to the Official Assignee. 4.

Registry is directed to prepare Official Assignee Report for taking appropriate action against the said Insolvent for not complying with the direction of the Hon'ble Insolvency court.
