This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvent touching his estate and affairs. 2.

Mr. A. M. Sarogi, Advocate for the Insolvent submits that, their client have already settled the matter with the Petitioning Creditor and have paid Rs.1.50 Lakhs to Mr. Dheeraj D. Agarwal (Petitioning Creditor). Advocate for the Insolvent has placed before me current and saving account statement of Ms. Rheia Lalpurria, Well wisher of the Insolvent showing entries of the payment made to the Petitioning Creditor. From the statement, it appears that Petitioning Creditor has paid the settled amount as agreed between parties as informed by the Advocate for the Insolvent. Advocate for the Insolvent further submits that, they have already prepared Notice of Motion for annulment of the order as entire payment is made to Mr. Dheeraj D. Agarwal (Petitioning Creditor).

Advocate for the Petitioning Creditor submits that, she has instructions that the Petitioning Creditor do not want to settle the matter and private examination of the Insolvent may be started. However, payment has already shown to be made to the Petitioning Creditor and Advocate for the Insolvent is in process of taking out Notice of Motion for annulment. In my view, some time is required to be given to the Advocate for Insolvent to make payment in full to the Petitioning Creditor. 4.

In view thereof, today's meeting stands adjourned to 1st October, 2025 at 12.30 p.m.
