This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvent touching his estate and affairs. 2.

Advocate for the Insolvent submits that, in this matter, settlement already arrived and amount of Rs.1,50,00,000/-(Rupees One Crore Fifty Lakhs Only) is paid to the Petitioning Creditor through wellwisher of the Insolvent as full and final settlement and Notice of Motion No. 22 of 2025 for annulment is already listed before the Hon'ble Insolvency court on 17th October, 2025.

The Advocate for the Insolvent is made aware that, they have to pay 3% commission to the Official Assignee and submit Undertaking cum Indemnity Bond of well-wisher of the Insolvent for future claim. 4.

In view thereof, today's meeting stands adjourned to 7th October, 2025 at 12.30 p.m.
