This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvent touching her estate and affairs. 2.

On last occasion, matter was adjourned to today's date, matter was inadvertently remained to be taken on today's board. Hence mentioned and taken up on board.

Advocate for the Petitioning Creditor submits that, between the same parties in respect of the same claim, there are other proceedings filed viz. Com.F.A. No. 26 of 2024, Appeal (St.) No. 14911 of 2025 & Suit No. 860 of 2023.

The Learned Advocate for the Insolvent submits that, they will take appropriate steps including withdrawal of the said proceedings before the Hon'ble Court and Advocate for the Insolvent further submits that he has already taken out Notice of Motion for annulment u/s. 21(1) of the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act, 1909.

Well-wisher of the Insolvent be directed to file affidavit regarding satisfying claim of the Petitioning Creditor on behalf of the Insolvent and no claim be made in future in that regard. Advocate for the Insolvent undertakes to file said affidavit of the well-wisher of the Insolvent in the matter.

Office to verify whether motion for annulment is allowed or not and accordingly matter be placed on 25th November 2025 at 12.30 p.m.
