This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvent touching his estate and affairs. 2.

Advocate for the Insolvent submits that, entire commission amount of Official Assignee is already deposited and all other proceedings before other Courts also withdrawn by the Insolvent and now Court has kept the matter on 19th June, 2026.

As regards, claim received from the society, the said claim was informed to the Insolvent, Advocate for the Insolvent in reply submitted copy of Gift Deed whereby showing that in 2016 the said premises was gifted to Rheea Lalpurria by the Insolvent on 12th September, 2016 and hence, Insolvent is no more as a member of the said society 'Mistry Complex CHS Ltd'. However, claim filed by the society before the Official Assignee is in respect of outstanding dues from 1st April, 2019 till date and

the maintenance bill annex to the said claim are standing in the name of Kiran Ravi Lalpurria, Insolvent being member of the society in respect of the said flat. Upon enquiry with the Advocate for the Insolvent, whether the said gift deed has been handed over to the Society or not. He could not reply to the said query. Advocate for the Insolvent is directed to sort out with the society, whether premises are standing in the name of Insolvent or not. If society dues are not in respect of the Insolvent then only further process of annulment can be completed.
