When the matters are called out, Mr.Upadhyay, learned Counsel, appears for the Judgment Debtors in both the matters and submits that he would need time to take instructions as to whether monies have been deposited in the Appellate Court.

Mr.Kedia, learned Counsel, appearing for the Petitioning creditors submits that he has verified with the department just now and he has been given to understand that no monies have been deposited before the Appellate Court as was permitted vide order dated 13th March 2025 of the Appellate Court.

However, since time is being sought on behalf of the Judgment Debtors to take instructions, only and only as and by way of last chance, list on 28th April 2025 on the Supplementary board. 4.
