This is the first meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvent touching his estate and affairs. 2.
Registry has placed before me letter dated 18th June, 2025 received from Shri Ashok M. Sarogi, Advocate for the Insolvent stating therein that, the Insolvent is not keeping well, therefore, he is unable to attend the Office of the Official Assignee and requested for adjournment 3.
Mrs Karpe, Advocate for the Petitioning Creditor strongly objected for the same and submitting that, that is delay tactics and inventory to be carried out today itself, as the Official Assignee has addressed a letter to the Insolvent long back which is received by the Insolvent. She further states that, the Appeal (St.) No. 14911 of 2025 is filed by the Insolvent but there is no stay. She further states that, Advocate for the Insolvent neither served a copy of letter of today's adjournment to

the Advocate for the Petitioning Creditor nor Petitioning Creditor. Today, Advocate for the Insolvent as well as Insolvent is absent. 4.
As requested by the Advocate for the Insolvent in letter dated 18th June, 2025 matter for private examination of the Insolvent is now adjourned to 4th July, 2025 as the Insolvent is unwell, however, inventory of the residential premises be taken today itself. 5.
