Advocate for the Insolvent has already addressed a letter to this Office submitting that Kiran Ravie Lalpurria, Insolvent is not feeling well and requested for an adjournment of two weeks. 3.

In his letter he has further stated that, the Insolvent has already paid an amount of Rs.25 lacs each to each of the Petitioners i.e. in total of Rs.50 lacs through their well-wishers and accordingly, the settlement talks are still going on.

Advocate for the Petitioning Creditor submits that, Advocate for Insolvent addressed a letter to the Office of the Official Assignee of Rs.50 lacs and RTGS of Rs.1 Crores, however, the Advocate for Insolvent has not provided copy to the Advocate for the Petitioning Creditor, hence,

Advocate for the Insolvent may be directed to provide the copies of the letter or any correspondence or documents he may address to Official Assignee to the Advocate for Petitioning Creditor also. 5.
