Registry has placed before me letter dated 14th August 2025 received from Shri Ashok M. Saraogi, Advocate for the Insolvent stating therein that, the Insolvent has eye problem and operated on 13th August 2025 and therefore unable to travel. Although on 19th June, 2025, 4th July, 2025, 22nd July, 2025 and 28th July, 2025 meetings for private examination were held not a single time Insolvent remained present before the Official Assignee.
