The Guardianship Petitions alongwith Interim Applications 1/2

3-GP 2.24 with IA(L) 31480.24, GP 1.24 with IA(L) 10387.24, GP(L) 15306.24 with IA(L) 21047.24.doc have been placed today pursuant to the Order dated 19th June, 2024. The Affidavits of Evidence are yet to be filed inspite of direction to file the same by 5th July, 2024.

The parties in the Guardianship Petition shall file their Affidavits of Evidence on or before 22nd July, 2024. 3.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent in fresh Guardianship Petition filed by the Petitioners has sought time to file Affidavit-in-Reply to the Interim Application taken out by the Petitioners in the fresh Guardianship Petition which seeks the prayer for counseling of the said minor.

The Respondent in the Interim Application shall file their Affidavit-in-Reply by 22nd July, 2024.
