By a praecipe, bearing today's date the Petitioners have sought modification of the order dated 8th August, 2024. The modification sought is with regard to the counselling of the minor child Master Yohan at Sukoon, which had been fixed on 1/2

nob2-gp1-24.doc second Saturday i.e. on 10th August, 2024 and 17th August, 2024. It appears that the counselling centre is shut on second and fourth Saturdays and hence the date of 10th August, 2024 requires to be replaced with the date of 16th August, 2024. 3.

Accordingly, the parties along with minor child Yohan shall attend Sukoon counselling centre for counselling on 16th August, 2024 at 01:00 p.m. and on 17th August, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.

The said order dated 8th August, 2024 stands modified to this limited extent.
