Mr. Rajendra Sorankar, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent has referred to the communication dated 9th August, 2024 addressed by the Advocate for the Petitioners to Mr. Chetan P. Bhagwat, Officer, S.D. (Mediation), 'Sukoon', Bombay High Court which is tendered and marked 'X' for identifcation. 1/2

By the said communication, Ms. Abraham, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner has commented about the matter including stating that Mast Yohan, 7 years, despite orders of this Court for access and overnight visitation, has shown reluctance to accompany the Petitioner. She has further stated that it is due to this that the Court had passed order on 8th August, 2024 for counselling of Mast Yohan for determining the cause of reluctance. 4.
Having considered the contents of the communication dated 9th August, 2024 marked 'X' for identification, the 'Sukoon' Counselling Centre and in particular Mr. Chetan P. Bhagwat, Officer, S.D. (Mediation) to whom the communication is addressed shall ignore the statements made therein and shall proceed according to the directions of this Court vide Order dated 8th August, 2024. 5.
There shall be no further communication addressed from either of the parties to 'Sukoon' Counselling Centre. [ R.I. CHAGLA J. ] 2/2
