Pursuant to the Order dated 8th August, 2024 passed by this Court, the Counsellor Vishakha N. Punjani has carried out counselling of the minor Yohan at the Main Mediation Centre, High Court KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Judicature at Mumbai and has submitted the Report dated 20th by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2024.09.27 18:19:50 +0530 September, 2024 which is taken on record.

The copies of the Report of the Counsellor dated 20th September, 2024 shall be made available to the parties to the Guardianship Petitions within a period of one week from today and shall be taken into consideration during the hearing of the Guardianship Petitions.

The cost for the copies of the aforementioned Report shall be borne by the parties.

Accordingly, place Guardianship Petitions for hearing on 9th October, 2024 at 12.30 p.m.
