I have interacted with the Petitioners and also with the minor - Mrunmayee to understand her preference and she has indicated that she desires to stay with the Petitioners.

Thereafter, the learned Counsel has appeared before me and clarified that although in the Petition it is submitted that the minor continues to reside at Room No.3, Tulshiram Chawl, Tembipada Road, Tanaji Wadi, Bhandup (West), Mumbai - 400078, Maharashtra, however, at present, she is residing at 110, Panchamukhi SRA, Shivdarshan, Nardas Nagar, Tembipada Road, Bhandup (West), Mumbai - 400 078, Maharashtra (which is owned by her maternal grandfather Shri.Kamaldas Gaurya Pardeshi i.e. father of the Petitioner No.1) along with the Petitioners.

This Court is also informed that the minor son of the proposed guardians viz. the Petitioners is around three years old. I have also seen him along with the Petitioners in my Chamber. 5.

The Petition is closed for orders.
