GP/1/2025 ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) Advocate for Guardian absent Mr. Mohit Pardeshi, Guardian No. 1 present in person Ms. Mrunmayee Manoj Joshi, Minor present in person P.C. : In the present matter, as per Order dated 24.04.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court, this Authority is directed to submit report regarding statement of the income and expenditure with respect to the investments, properties - movable and immovable referred to in paragraph 11 of the Order.

Accordingly, today the Guardian No. 1 of the minor furnished details of Fixed Deposits, as mentioned in Paragraph 11 of the Order dated 24.04.2025 and also the details of expenditure incurred by the Guardians on the minor child from 11.04.2025 till 13.06.2025. The same is perused and returned to the Guardian No. 1, with direction to file the same on oath, within two weeks.

Guardian No. 1 made a statement that as per Clause 'c' of the Order dated 24.04.2025, he desires to move before the Hon'ble Court for releasing of interest on investment for meeting expenses for the minor. Statement is accepted.
